Touch Brettanomyces, aka horses ass but otherwise flawless and very tasty. 13.5%. Comes across as a red Burgh. NSG. Inky and dark. Tannins fully resolved. Velvety, Blackberry, dark 🍒. Leather. — 7 months ago
Nice Mellow wine with full flavor. Let it open. Not sure of year. — a month ago
Raspberry, sweet plum, mild tannins, low acidity and spice. The softer side of Zinfandel, in part due to 40% new oak. Should age well. — 2 months ago
Really enjoyed this. For the money really can’t beat it. Dark fruits, not overly tannic. My go to when I am tired of dropping to much money on wine. — 5 months ago
The best for the price I’ve enjoyed for a long time. — a year ago
Yeah, I bought 2 Joel Gott wines today. I guess I'm reliving some of the wines I liked when I first got into wine.
This is just fine! Inexpensive and chuggable, if I'm not careful. Citrus, green apple, pineapple, melon.. you're supposed to say "grass and gooseberry" when you drink SB, but I've never tasted a gooseberry. Not very grassy, either. Doing this with Thai spring rolls, and it's great.

Not what I ordered (the server messed up), but it was perfect with the cassoulet. I’d happily order it again. — 11 days ago
