Lighter than the Diplomate but no less compelling. Orchard fruit, bright citrus, floral and marine elements, almond skin, incredibly fresh — 4 months ago

Charles de Fère

Cuvée Jean-Louis Brut Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay Blend

This is a simple but very tasty, sparkling wine from France.

Showing citrus, lemons, apples, pears, light tropical fruits, honey and light minerals.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Refreshing with small bubbles.

Dry to off dry on the palate and fruit forward.

Nicely balanced and easy drinking.
Good by itself and a good Sunday sparkle.

11.5% alcohol by volume.

89 points.
