Wonderfully floaty nose. White peach, crisp apple, sweet powdered stones. Soft mouthfeel. Appley on entry but quickly molting into high-toned rock dust and lemon juice. Great balance. I could guzzle a lot of this really quickly. (I took a photo of the back label because it had more info.) — 6 years ago

2014 Jacoby-Mathy Kinheimer Hubertuslay Riesling Kabinett Feinherb, to be exact. (Showing the back label because the front label doesn't have the full name.)
This is both easy-drinking and very interesting. Great nose: lemon/lime pith, juice-covered peach pit, and a touch of high-toned slate minerality. Tremendous purity of appley and just-ripe peach fruit, soft texture, and enough acidity to keep it refreshing. Slightly sweet. At 9.5% alc., this bottle is going down way too quickly. — 6 years ago
Nice work Jeff Mathy! Thank you. — 8 years ago

A producer no longer making wine. A very special Riesling here. Lost its sweetness from its bottle age, and has now taken on savory and tropical qualities. Delicious. — 2 years ago
