Aufbruch Kinheimer Hubertuslay Trocken Riesling

Wonderfully floaty nose. White peach, crisp apple, sweet powdered stones. Soft mouthfeel. Appley on entry but quickly molting into high-toned rock dust and lemon juice. Great balance. I could guzzle a lot of this really quickly. (I took a photo of the back label because it had more info.)
