(back label pictured). This is the Weingut Jakoby 2014 Kinheimer Hubertuslay Riesling Kabinett Trocken "Aufstieg." Very elegant and subtle. Nose has fragrant green and red apple, a high-toned cracked stone minerality, and dried matcha green tea. Intensely flavored, lively, but with an elegant, soft mouthfeel. Acids are mouthwatering but well integrated. Light bodied for a trocken. Very nice!
