Nose has crushed cherries & raspberries, ripe summer watermelon, steely notes and faint moist chalk.
Palate has tart raspberry, watermelon rind and fresh cherries. Nice acidity.
A fun wine for an almost 80°F day in the Berkshires, atypical for early April. I believe this to be our first 2020 vintage wine.

Bright and a tad hot. Some pepper/spice. Cherry cola with soft tannins and a TON of acidity. Almost an effervescence which never hurts my feelings. Smells candy sweet but drinks with a bit more maturity. — 3 years ago
Elegant P-F but yet another one that J found fuller bodied and I found thin, plus that vaguely antiseptic nose and edge on the backend that I get from a lot of these...well short of the Vergelesses a few weeks ago....but then it is a P-F. Couldn’t stand up to roast chicken in creamy morel sauce, disappointingly — 4 years ago
Great white burgundy, typical of a young vintage and has great potential. Grass and lemon peel, lightly Oaked, buttery, with great acidity and a nice long finish. — 4 years ago

Dynamite- toasty, tropical nose but laser focused palate- unreality and acidity carry the palate. — 4 years ago
Very nice muddled earth-stewed red fruits and blackberries. Definitely a stereotypically natty wine; no surprise being imported by J&F, but still a lot of complexity and balance here with a short decant. Nice and lovely for a fairly entry level Kekfrankos despite being a bit powerful/extracted, with potential for short-term cellaring. — 5 years ago

Wow. I’m really surprised. I was expecting a bit harsh and heavy tannins but instead I got pleasant fruity with a nice finish. Pressie from F&J and they’ve got good taste. I’d buy this happily. . — 3 months ago
