Falanghina from the island of Ischia… you bet! Outstanding, almost golden color, gorgeous nose of yellow orchard fruit, saline, real marine quality, mineral, stones, some musky grassy notes. Got to keep your nose buried in the glass. Fattened up on palate, w/rigid acidic backbone, bit angular still w/tart orchard fruit and plenty of minerality & sea influence. Just bad ass — 2 years ago
A nice crisp white wine that really might be one of the better examples of true minerality that I’ve seen. The sensation of wet stone really comes through - would give this bottle to someone who wants to understand what people mean when they say that. Precise and enjoyable with a long finish. — 4 years ago
Very intense white, with concentrated flavors and acidity. Mediterranean salt, minerals, citrus peel. From a tiny island off the coast of Napoli. Great stuff, but definitely a food wine (13% abv). With tonight’s dinner of Italian eggplant shakshouka and sweet potatoes in sesame tahini butter. Blue Raspberry Sour Patch Kids for dessert. — 4 months ago
Little cinnamon …. I liked it more than most here. Would try again in a second….

Pale gold, dry, mineral. Hints of citrus and white peach. Family owned, managed with time honored tradition. Another Oliver McCrumb selection that is perfect with any seafood pairing or just chilling with a special person on the front porch. — 4 years ago

Gorgeous bottle, perfect for a romantic NYC picnic amongst cherry blossoms! Light, floral, easy to drink a lot of. I’m writing this review after drinking from what I remember (it made an impression) - will be buying again and leaving more detailed tasting notes. — 7 days ago
