A new venture for this Barbaresco based producer. I was told this is a Blanc de Noir with 100% PN, which I could not have guessed it.
Fresh aromas of pear, green apple, lime, biscuit, orange peel, and just hint of plum. Persistent fine mousse. Very good concentration. Touch of ginger spice and mint on the vibrant long finish.
An admirable effort. — 3 years ago

Surprisingly smooth, nice and fruity and not too tannic — 7 years ago
After test drilling for bottles under $20 at my local wines and spirits I finally found a wine to parade. Now if I could only figure how to get U2 off my damn Cell Phone. Tastes of Chocolate, Strawberry, & Vanilla. Not a sweet wine though more dry and bold. Try pairing a couple glasses of Infinito with some John Coltrane and some fresh spring air. Grapefruit and peaches on the nose. Tons more tropical fruit and lemon as it gets air. Fun, fine bubbles and loads of lees. — 9 years ago

My nose impression was soft and flowery. Nice dark fruit visual with a calm front palette of mulberries. Mid-pallet brought out pleasantly mixed spices. No caramel as the bottle suggests but a leather/blackberry finish. Very delightful all around sipping wine. Definitely a keeper!! — 4 months ago
