Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour while we crushed some sushi at One Flew South, waiting for our connecting flight. It’s been a minute since I’ve had Scharffenberger, let alone the Rosé. Still solid. The wine poured a beautiful pink, salmon color with a moderately persistent mousse of relatively small bubbles. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberries, faint strawberry, faint peach and lemon citrus with a whiff of brioche. On the palate, dry with refreshing acidity; plenty to work with our sushi. The finish was medium. More than decent value considering the venue. Drink now. As an extra observation, the new label was a pleasant surprise as I felt the previous label was long overdue for a refresh. I don’t always feel that way as I love the labels of some OG producers but this was needed IMO. Bravo. — a year ago
Black cherries, definitely some tobacco hints, floral notes and some raspberry notes IMO — 2 years ago
Perfectly cellared bottles replete with a firm cork after 27 years! Forest floor on the nose with vibrant color in the glass notes of graphite and cedar stood out from a very balanced and delightfully approachable Margaux with years of life remaining in the cellar IMO. — 2 years ago
Great soft wine, taste more like White Burgundy IMO! — a year ago

Beautiful color and well integrated tannins provide a foundation for this dark fruit (blackberries), cigar box, and balanced acidity tray from Harlan. At the peak for this wine IMO — 5 months ago
