Delicious smooth and persistent. A bit of acid on the tongue but earthy foundation. Great with meat or lighter food that needs depth. — a month ago

Louis Jadot

Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay 2018

The House of Louis Jadot has been producing exceptional Burgundy wines since its founding in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot. Medium lemon with aromas of rich stone fruits with subtle toasty notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon with earthy nutty notes, gentle oaky spice, great mouthfeel on long finish ending with an earthy mineral character. Nice! — 5 months ago

Henry Marionnet (Domaine de la Charmoise)

Touraine Gamay 2019

Loire Valley Gamay. Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas and flavors of juicy cranberry, red plum, red cherry with additional notes of violets, mushrooms, earth and baking spices. Medium-minus body (based on the color you would think otherwise) and medium acidity. Extremely soft tannins and bone dry. You can smell and taste (pleasant) the carbonic Maceration. Quite interesting. Excellent with food. — 9 months ago
