Delicate, clean mushroom initially, turns slowly to brioche and pastry, with zinnia and magnolia-ocean and a delicate mushroom sauté. Deep lemon-lime instantly purifies and reveals layers of sublimely thin croissant flake. Lime zest and tart lemon lift airily from the glass while the biscuity elements complete the perfect cross-section of earthy root, mushroom, flower and alpine sky. Ethereal. #happynewyear #caviar #newyear #osetra #russianosetra #champagne #krug #krug166theditionbrut #kruggrandcuvée #bubbles #champagnedreams #chamagneandcaviar #2021 — 17 days ago
Superb nose with licorice, blackberry, garrigue, other red fruits. This is very intense and inviting. The palate shows a very nice strong acid drive and a great width, with matter on the sides. Licorice and blackberry play back to back notes all along. The mouthfeel is soft, until mid palate where some dusty tannins spice things up a notch. Very long finish with that tannic grain, licorice and blackberry. I'm probably biased as this is my uncle's wine (he bought shares in the vineyard 2 years ago) but this is one of the best grenache blend I've had. More Maury sec please!

Color of rose gold- beautiful! Dry, fine bubbles, pops- 2nd glass with tacos tasted just a hint of sweetness. I like it! — 15 days ago

There are no words that could fully express my sentiments regarding the year 2020 and all that it encompassed both personally and for our world. I am grateful to close this chapter. I look forward with hope and an open heart to all of the possibilities that lie ahead in 2021 and beyond.
Happy New Year to all! Now it’s time for an indulgent surf and turf moment with a ridiculously delicious wine pairing. @deked1 — 18 days ago
