Underwater glamour shot just for you, @Paul T- Huntington Beach
Bought a case of this as our Summer 2020 house white wine. Lovely pool companion 🙌🏻 — 4 years ago
A vert good memory @yeringstn ! Ripe cherry, flowers, hint of pepper and vanilla. Pleasure, glamour and sophistication all in one. Glad I could taste it slightly old with a perfect pairing : shrimp, green peas pasta with sweet peppers and wine sauce #yering #pinotnoir — 11 years ago
Has a great aromatic complexity but is internationalized slightly. Very high acidities will keep it fresh for a long time. Kept getting better for 48 hours and loses all the glamour and superficialness and all that remains is the Italian bitterness, sourness and profoundness. — 4 years ago
For as much ritz and glamour that is typically associated with Napa Valley, this week highlighted who the real rock stars are in their community... the farmers and firefighters. Haley Wight is the sixth generation to farm her family’s estate, the historic Lewelling Ranch in St. Helena, originally established by her great-great-great grandfather John Lewelling in 1864. She also happens to make extraordinary Cabernet Sauvignon. So extraordinary, that I’m going to skip writing a note and just tell you that Robert Parker hits the nail on the head... “The wine displays gorgeous licorice, lead pencil shavings, black currants, loamy soil undertones and a touch of barrique. Dense purple, it has a full-bodied, multi-layered mouthfeel and a stunning finish with good acidity and velvety, well-integrated tannin, alcohol and wood. This is a scrumptious, full-throttle Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 15 or so years. 96 points.” — 7 years ago
Glamour photo shoot for this amazing hazy IPA (and for @Ron R , our Delectable IPA ambassador). First time I had this Hazy Mosaic was in the brewery’s hometown of San Diego, and I instantly fell in love. Very thankful I can acquire it locally here in Houston. Juicy, fruity, voluptuous, floral, smooth. — 4 years ago
A little sweetness but not too much.. — 5 years ago
Don't make this your tenth drink of the night, it's not fair to anyone. SOBER EDIT: tried this again after a beast of an Amarone and prefer this. Something about that old world, rustic, dry lingering flavoring suggests authenticity in the face of all these showy fruit and sugar forward overpriced glamour bombs. We have a great wine here. Perhaps still not as impressive as it could be, but a great wine nonetheless. — 7 years ago
