— 8 years ago

2020 - Loved this dry white wine yet tropical and fruity, fresh and clean — 4 years ago
14% alcohol, really? Yes, but it only hits you subtly on the back palate. Burnt nose, hints of mineral. Peach or lychee fruit on the front palate? Dry wine, heavy body, a wine with a character. — 8 years ago
It's maybe the best wine of this year's Tuscan adventure of ours. Found in a new wine bar in Florence (opened a few days ago). 100% of merlot. High and pleasant acidity, a dark fruit (blackberry and plum), tobacco, leather. Needs time to open up but it's worth waiting. — a year ago

E il nostro favarito sempre. Ha il corpo abbastanza, acidita bella. Senti un po amaro per finire. — 8 years ago
Starts off a bit tight like a Chianti but opens up really nicely. A bit of fruit. Reminds us of those great Italian house reds you get at restaurants in Rome or Florence. — 8 years ago
Wonderful sparkly white aperitivo style wine. Best bang for your buck (4€ at the producer in piedmont). Fruity, floral, light and just all-round a pleasure — 9 years ago
Awesome tannins and roasted cherries. Light on the palate. Hints of smoke, tobacco, pepper, plums, cedar, leather and rose petals. A whole lot of fantastic balance and complexity. — 9 years ago

Another excellent vintage of this Barbaresco favorite. Light ruby color with garnet highlights. Aromas of red fruit, rose petals, orange zest and toasted wood. Delicate flavors of sour red and black cherries, sweet baking spices and red and black licorice. Lengthy finish, gentle (but tight) tannins and plus/tangy acidity. Medium bodied, feminine and harmonious. Still young with time to progress. Thanks for opening this bottle, Keith S! — 4 months ago
