What a freak show of a nose. Gorgeous spice and berry. Super high toned. Grapey and confectionary with a big aromatic spectrum. Big earthiness as well .Palate is gorgeous, sleek and ripe with terrific cutting Dolcetto tannins and dynamic freshness. Terrific grip and concentration. Ripe and juicy tannins that suggest 5-7 more years ahead of this. Terrific wine. — 5 years ago

This is low key a steal and we (commercial shill) sell so much good Langhe Nebbiolo this would garner more attention. Mesmerizing nose of roses, cherry, tar, spice and all served with such completeness. Palate is an orb of Nebbiolo. Spherical, juicy and with lovely just barely cherry/cranberry sweetness of a great Langhe Nebbiolo. Long finish. So impressive. — 2 years ago
Nose is a bit tomato. Hot? A bit ripe. Palate is ok. Balanced and very juicy with velvety tannins and a bit ripe. — 5 years ago
Full of berries, mostly dry, great rosé color, flavors continue. G0 — 9 years ago
N:Wow that’s interesting, Cherries(black), tar, lots of red flowers, salt!, citrus rind like English marmalade,
Granted it’s new glasses and I haven’t done a hth.
P: Cherries, Strawberries, tarry viscosity, ready to go after 2+ hrs out. Delicate tannins present, a dark, brooding wood/soil quality is there. Almost chocolate on the nose when you sip. As this airs, tannins build.Nice acidity balance, beautiful wine

A crazy wine. Grenache from Piedmont.
Nose is exultant blackberries. Almost jammy. But some uplifting spice. Herb bouquet. Wow.
Palate is rich. Chocolate. Blackberries. Spice. Bramble.
Crazy chocolate covered blackberries on the finish.
Needs a 30 minute decant.
Yikes. 45 minutes in elite deliciousness. Almost a porty aspect. Damn this is good.
