Properly dry with tight, fine bubbles and crisp notes of white peach, ripe grapefruit, and wet stones, with very little baking notes. Color is very light yellow with green hues to the center, and palate is bone dry, with more white peach (underripe), dry lemon, some slight hints of thyme or celery notes, and more grapefruit tartness with a lot of dry, limestone energy vibrating to the finish. — 5 days ago

Very nice Beaujolais. Was quite curious how this would present given the wide variety of opinions on this wine. Aromatically quite beautiful - delicate flowers, lighter red fruit. Palate follows through nicely. Restrained at this point, and the 14% doesn’t present in any negative way. Long finish with great earthy tannins and good acid. Perfect cold night pairing with a rotisserie chicken. — 3 months ago

Way too young/too fresh but quite tasty - so light in color it’s almost a rose - cherries the overriding flavor on nose and palate. No acidity and pleasingly quaffable. I think best of the fresh Beauj releases I’ve tried — 25 days ago
