Dark red color with a copper tinge. Aromas of dark red fruit. Medium body. Entry has a hint of sweetness. Dry with dark cherry, tobacco, little coffee notes. Very bright acidity for such an old wine brings it to a perfect balance. Tannins are there, but well balanced. Excellent wine.

Ripe black cherry/currant/plum fruit on the palate with notes of sweet and savory herbs and spices, red licorice, dark chocolate and roasted meat. Nice long, lingering and smoky finish. A nice Albariño, grapes from the Contado do Tea subzone and the Salnes subzone, aged on lees for about 9 months, pale lemon with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate pronounced flavors of melon and lemon with hints of toasty notes from lees aging. Long finish, vivid acidity, ending with fruit and smoky character. Will age well. — 2 months ago
