NV | We do have a spicy cheese with cloves from the North of the Netherlands, Friese nagelkaas, that combines extremely well with PX Sherry. This is a housebrand of the biggest supermarket at an incredible price. Great effort. — 2 years ago

Vintage 1984 | Sudden inspiration. To pair this 39 years old with kohlrabi salad, chicken saté. Perfect 😊 and then with pepper pecorino and Friese nagelkaas. Strange combinations but matching. Honey and almonds in smell, well balanced almonds taste. — 2 years ago

Neither beer nor wine (or, even more accurate; in fact ,it’s both!) , but really good. Some cherry and chalky minerals emerge from the glass. Dry, hoppy aftertaste alongside the perfectly balanced grape characteristics (fruit of the forest, wet stones). — 3 years ago
