Perfect paired with a spicy pizza on a cold winter’s night. Yeah yeah, I know—vinho verde is summer in a glass, but that’s exactly why I love it in the off-season! — a month ago
Suave, ligeiramente frutado/adocicado, com final persistente e elegante — 5 months ago
Deep Ruby color with berry fruit, fragrant spice and earthy cedar notes. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry, plum, leather and cacao with notes of floral spice. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, tobacco and cedar wrapped in an earthy herb mineral spice character. Drinking well. — 8 months ago
Stone fruit, minerality, nice. — 2 months ago
Too fruit driven for me - not my style but good. — 4 months ago
Not worth the hype. Overripe #alentejano #alentejo — 7 months ago
Actually a blend of Cab Sauv, Castelão, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet. This wine is a very dark purple, almost inky. The nose is also dark, showing blackberry notes alongside savory tobacco, spice and earth, all in a very smokey framework. The palate of this interesting blend is nearly stunning. Tannins have a good grip, but the blue fruit flavors are amazing and the acidity leaves the sipper salivating. It seems bizarre to me that this wine cost less than $10. It drinks like it should cost much more.

The Sangiovese was out so we landed on this one. No regrets. Smells a bit astringent but with lots of vanilla and strawberry. Very fruity, medium bodied. A solid wine, especially for $18 at a restaurant. — 4 days ago
