Candied raspberry and a hint of non-acetone nail polish remover on the nose, surprisingly brambley and woody/olive pit upfront given the nose, but nice rich plum and other fruits come through as well. Medium color and body, solid tannins but finish is a bit tannic for me. — 2 months ago
Gift from Denise and Jill for dinner in Tucson. Nice medium bodied Tuscan. Cherries on palate. Easy drinking. Nice addition to our Tucson Tamale meal. 😎 — 21 days ago
Beautiful wine. No more than medium bodied. The pure deep fruit is melded with fine and perfectly integrated tannins creating a super juicy, fresh mouthfeel. The balance and length put this a step above. Wouldn’t be confused with a left bank Bordeaux, but the juiciness and energy of this wine make it a beautiful drink. Drinking amazingly , but absolutely no rush. — 3 months ago
Great deep red color..like the medium closer to heavy mouthfeel with the acidity..more tightly structured than i expected..great value and great way to introduce someone to sangiovese..also great to bring for dinner party as would pair great with most pasta dishes and meats — 2 months ago

Lovely aromas of tart Morello cherries (no surprise) and vanilla. Nice finish. I'm sure there's more going on with this wine I couldn't identify with my congestion, and I wasn't about to let a pesky sinus infection ruin my New Year's Eve. — 2 years ago

Old school style. Sangio and Grenache? Very cool. — a month ago
