Thank goodness. No pre-ox on this wine. Have been burned by a lot of Williams selyem chards

But this wine had the dark golden hue yet no pre ox. Very fresh and gorgeous

Like the best WS chards - this tastes nothing like typical California Chardonnay and is more like a chateaunuef de pape Blanc

Fantastic melon and stone fruit flavors.

Minimal oak and a good acidity that gives you a bit of heat / alcohol but not too much.

Rich, balanced Pinot that opened up after 3 hours of air. Cherry cola flavors dominated with just a hint of earth. I enjoyed the wine with rack of lamb but truth be told I liked the bouquet more than the wine. — a month ago

Drinking Pinot for Thanksgiving from a vineyard 4 miles away is pretty special! Aged a few years before opening shows a little bricking at the edges with a pale red with orange hue to the color. Big nose bursts forth out of the glass with peppery notes of spiced red fruits, plum and strawberry perhaps, with a slight floral element throughout. The Medium body brings on pleasant notes of vanilla and baking spice, with slight tannin, big plum and ripe red fruits, a hint of brandy and a refined floral element to the finish. — 2 months ago
