Acid is bright but very soft. Lovely gentle wine. — 4 months ago
Fresh, fruity with hints of tropical flowers. Smooth but not buttery, pale golden and inviting. Paired well with homemade pizza and habanero salsa. — 4 months ago

Pandemic vintage. Fruity and flavorful yet perfectly dry. Good shit! — 3 months ago

I would like more acidity, but fantastic either way... Not too fruity — 5 months ago
A blend of 100y+ old Encruzado, Bical and Sercial, fermented & aged 11m in French oak.
Very Burgundian on the nose with yellow stone fruit, subtle oak, very elegant, very enticing.
medium bodied on the palate, with brilliant tension between the oaked fruit and the juicy, zippy acidity. Beautiful precision here, with depth & length. Very elegant, very Burgundian indeed.
A truly lovely and quite serious wine. Delish! — 5 months ago
Wet rocks and some herbal/floral aromas that also come through on the palate with almonds and some salinity. Some citrus acidity but it's toned down from when we first had the wine. Bought at the L'Etoile Iberian Wine Dinner 8/4/22, don't know how it got lost on the shelf for 3 years! — 3 months ago
Med body, apricot. — 4 months ago
A light, flowery, green apple dominated blend of Encruzado, Bucal & Malvasia Fina.
Fresh, sappy, light on the aromatic side but makes it up with the stony, salty minerality.
Ultra long and quite lovely! — 5 months ago

A very nice Encruzado blending the fruity (salty pears, reine claude plums, green melon) with a cool mineral core. Nicely balanced with zippy acidity, medium body, a touch of creaminess on the palate and very nice, long finish.
Moreish & very drinkable. — 6 days ago
