We had this at Ruth Chris in Embassy suites in Chattanooga. Spring break with the boys. Very mellow. Easy sip! — 4 years ago
I am officially on staycation for the next week. I plan on trying lots of new wines, eating good food, reading, napping and hanging by the pool. My brother just retired from the State Department and is pretty much homeless at this time so it will be nice to catch up since he’s been at the Embassy in Bahrain for the last few years. Cheers! 🍷😘🌴🌞⛱ — 6 years ago

Purchased at US Embassy store in Jordan. — 8 years ago
Very nice with good balance but leans to the sweet side. I like sweet over oak flavor so this wine suites me fine. Was great with lobster ravioli. — 8 years ago

The American counterpoint to an Irish whisky at the Embassy of Ireland in Japan (the recently opened Ireland House). USA a clear winner, even in the highball format. — 10 months ago
I have a good story to go with this wine. So my brother is working at the Embassy in Nairobi right now. I sent him a picture of some wines I bought including this one. He sent me a picture back and he had the same wine. Good wine minds think alike!! This wine is excellent! Very smooth, dark fruit, a little earthy at first, 14.5% alcoholic content. Will enjoy by the pool this evening with my book! Cheers! — 5 years ago

French Embassy wine- light body and pleasant notes — 8 years ago
This is Chuprahopra IPA from Twisted X Brewing Co out of Dripping Springs TX. Again I will say that I love how the Embassy Suites chooses a couple of local craft brews to serve at their hotels. This one is pretty good, but as an IPA sort of stops short. This is not an IBU monster. Has a very good malt flavor, but the hop is a little bit attenuated. Enjoyed after a long day. — 8 years ago

Very rich and warming, suites my particular taste at the moment — 6 years ago
A wonderful wine. We used to love visiting the winery back when they let wine club members stay in one of the guest suites. New owners, new policy. Still excellent wines, though. Good grapes. — 7 years ago
Big WOW! I tasted this wine in September 2018 at the event held by the French embassy at Central World in Bangkok, Thailand; the wine did not impress my tounge at all. However, I bought 2 bottles because a friend of mine imported it. Today (Jan 18, 2019), the wine tasted very delucious after 30 minutes of breathing. Very flavorfull of cherry, blackberry, plum, and tobacco together with soft tannins and silky & reasonable length on the finish. The color is intense but bright ruby red color with medium-to-full-weight which is goes well with medium & sexy acidity. Very good value, excellent balanced, and savory wine to pair well with medium spicy Thai dishes. — 7 years ago
Omg. Stawp tasting so good! A MUST HAVE sipping rose for porches while wearing tan suites and having general good feelings. I will be having more of this thank you very much. Slightly effervescent with summer fruit notes. — 8 years ago
The name “black bitter” suites him right. Big tannic wine, bitter on palate, tastes like black cherry and plum, dried herbs, oaky vanilla. Not cheap, but worth every penny, since I adore rough tannic wines. — 9 years ago
