Chupahopra India Pale Ale

This is Chuprahopra IPA from Twisted X Brewing Co out of Dripping Springs TX. Again I will say that I love how the Embassy Suites chooses a couple of local craft brews to serve at their hotels. This one is pretty good, but as an IPA sort of stops short. This is not an IBU monster. Has a very good malt flavor, but the hop is a little bit attenuated. Enjoyed after a long day.
