Do you know I keep trying it and I’m just not a fan of Gewurztraminer. There’s too much of a perfume flavor to it but it’s sort of reminds me of like chewing those fake fruit gummy‘s. This is delicious, it just sort of gets overwhelming after a while. — 3 years ago
Previously had the 2015. This was slightly more off-dry than dry but still excellent. — 4 years ago
Tim would kill us for drinking this so late, but it's delicious! Fruity, malic, bright... with vanilla and nutmeg notes to mellow it out — 3 years ago
Light, pleasant, paired nicely with seasoned shrimp and roasted. potatoes — 3 years ago
Crisp yet smooth. Light citrus notes. Great option for a wine drinker looking for flavor but maybe not as sharp of a citrus bite as New Zealand SB. — 5 years ago
Mmm, delicious. Altesse is likely my favorite Savoie white. While I live how Jacquere can almost have this ethereal quality to it, very pure mountain air kind of feel, Altesse brings this weight and depth which is really intriguing. This 2016 is just starting to show a little oxidation, but in a gracefully aged sort of way. Apple skin, delicate white flowers, slight brioche, lemon zest and loads of minerality on the finish. Delightful. — 3 years ago
Straw colored, amazing cold. — 5 years ago

Had this at a restaurant (Elio Volpe) and really enjoyed it alongside the seabass and grilled chicken. Wonderful. Going to have to track this down! — 9 months ago
