OMG, this is the best dessert wine I have ever tasted. Perfectly balanced sweetness. Unbelievable taste and texture.

First post baby wine in 9 months. Didn't have time to plan for a decanter so used aerator and some more aeration to open it up. Dried fruit, berries, figs. Rich and delicious. Chocolate, spice, fantastic. β 2 months ago
Extremely sweet but great taste, like liquid sugar, I liked it very much, but definitely in small amounts to enjoy β 6 months ago
Very nice balance of sweetness and acidity. β 4 years ago
Excellent! Great balance with plum and some darker sweeter fruits, some woodsy notes, so good with food. β 4 months ago

2019 vintage β 9 months ago
Deep burnt orange in color with a lighter orange cream mousse and tiny bubbles. Wonderful nose of dried apricots and honeysuckle. This is echoed on the rich (of course) palate. Lowish (medium minus) acidity β itβs Vidal after all β offset by the tingle of the bubbles. Stone fruity moderate finish. Hard to dislike any icewine, even if itβs Vidal, and the bubbles add a surprising element of fun to this one. A nice celebratory dessert wine to drink with your birthday cake or New Yearβs pudding. Will likely lose some bubbles after a decade, but should satisfy through 2039 and beyond. β 4 years ago
