Good example of Mendoza Cabarnet, tart cherries and blackberries with a smokey, oak finish with dry tanins. — 11 days ago
I ❤️ dominio 4 wines. Fresh, high energy, delicious. This one is case in point. Black fruit, earth, malabar pepper. Great value and delicious with food. — a day ago
Refreshing but a bit acidic, even on second and third day — 11 days ago
Zinc like wine, big sweet , cotton candy, happy wine — 10 days ago
Last night I opened the 2017 Dominio de Pingus Psi Tempranillo. From the Ribera Del Duero Spain.
On the nose there is black cherry, black plum, fig, tomato, leather, spice and earth.
On the palate is cherry, plum, black currant, clove, dill, cedar, mocha and a nice earthy component.
This wine is full bodied with medium+ acidity and medium + grainy tannins that goes into a long dark & red fruit fruit finish. Please stay safe and healthy for the weekend is upon us. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 18 days ago
Delectable Wine

Extremely pale red. Pungent red berry, blood orange and floral aromas are complicated by smoky minerals and white pepper. Sappy and sharply focused on the palate, offering red currant, raspberry and floral pastille flavors braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Delivers a suave blend of power and finesse and finishes long and minerally, with resonating floral and red fruit notes. All whole clusters and fermented in large, neutral French oak vats; aged for 16 months in neutral French and American oak barrels. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, February 2021)
