Star bright yellow gold. Inviting nose and medium light palate of tart yellow apple, with the palate adding a flinty mineral note that's classic Chablis. Acidity is medium plus: just right to support a wide range of cuisines. Northern French and seafood are obvious pairs, but I enjoyed with the Louisiana favorite, jambalaya.
