Undoubtedly Alsacean from the first whiff- crisp mineral, limestone, wild white and yellow flowers and citrus pith flowing out of the glass even when it's well chilled.
Soft Rounded texture AND perfectly balanced acid.

This is so pretty and drinkable. Dry and delicately perfumed.
A blend of “4 Noble grapes” (Riesling, pinot Gris, gewurz and muscat). Soft orchard fruit, floral notes of blossom and not overbearingly spicy. It’s springtime! 💃🕺🏼🐥🌼🍑🍇🍐🍎🍋🥗💕

Pale lemony colour. Lovely aromarics of lemon, grapefruit, verbena, wet pebbles. Tight, nervous, cristalline, elevated acidity and almost dry. Not unlike a Feinherb spätlese.
Quite an unusual - linear and direct - Alsace Riesling.

Okay one more I’m consulting my notes on. This deserves so much attention. It is one of those mystical wines that somehow gives you all the pleasant sweet flavors—honeysuckle, candied lemon and so on, without being sweet. Magic bubbly made by an amazing woman! — 8 years ago
