Light golden color but still fresh. Lovely nose with white flowers and fresh fruit. Still tart with a bit of sweetness at the end. Very mineral tastes. Drank with fresh salmon cakes with Thai spices. Great pairing. O e more in the cellar. — 3 years ago

Still tightly wound. Initial impression was all tannin and acid. Decanted and an hour later the fruit came out and every thing balanced out. Beautiful aromas. Wonderful length. We nursed it through dinner and the last glass was worth the wait. Perfect condition. — 3 years ago
