PnP. Initial taste of bright red cherries and a hint of herbs, fantastic. Then after 15 min the acid and tannin just dominated the fruit. That transformation tarnished what I thought was to be one enjoyable Pinot. Maybe time will help just not sure how the acid and tannin grew with air. Hope someone can explain this for me. — 10 months ago
My favorite sparking ever! Pure minerals and super dry. — 3 years ago
A rose sparkler. Prodigious medium course bubbles. A bit of funk on the nose. The palate features tart underripe strawberries, cranberries, grapefruit, white pepper, with a bit of gunpowder appearing late. Medium plus acid, medium alcohol, bone dry, medium finish. — 8 days ago

Densely knit cherry fruit with some spice and burgundy funk. The vintage shows its weight without being over the top.. Small mineral driven finish. Lovely. — 8 months ago
Medium ruby color with garnet on the edge. Smells of fresh cherries. Medium acidity with grippy tannins. Tart cherry flavor. Good experience. — 10 months ago
