Took about 90 minutes to open up, this one has ages ahead of it. Biodynamicly farmed, naturally fermented and unfiltered. Aged in 40% new oak. Delicate red fruits, not the most concentrated but in harmony with medium acidity and silky tannins. — 3 years ago

Really nice herbal vermouth from Sardegna. Has that brown thing going on, but with plants( aromatics) native to Sardegna, like mug?
Nice with soda, I did lime, but I think lemon may be more correct.
