Nose of lemon and some spice. This is discreet and fresh. The palate is very well designed with a strong acid drive, a good tension, a nice width and some weight on the sides,a good grip, almost a chalky mouthfeel. Got better as the night went on, and the leftover half bottle the next day was great—soft and approachable yet complex and delicious interesting. Rather Old World, I would say.
