Cool & fresh nose, with a touch of sesame reduction, ripe pear & lemon. And cool minerality, fresh & a touch salty. A hint of herbs & touch of hazelnut add complexity.
On the palate this is very elegant. Quite complex & serious. Starts broad yet focuses very fast around a core of cool stony, salty minerality, with layers of yellow stone fruit around. Impeccably balanced & with great purity & depth plus a finish that goes on forever.
