A unique style of CC with minerality leading throughout. There’s pure, intense cherry fruit on the nose, but it takes a back seat to the quarry activity. Same thing goes for the palate. Very intense minerality. Structurally there is quite a bit of soft, chalky tannin and decent acids. The finish ends minerally and with a slight bitter note. Very good, but not the most elegant rendition. Maybe give it a year or two more to come together. — 9 months ago

Easy drinking white, starts sweet/fruity but isn’t really. We had it with sardine orzo but it would drink nicely on its own — 8 months ago

Fabulous Sangiovese- we’ll balanced flavor, acidity and complexity. Great with food. — 2 years ago
Too distant for precise notes. Recall a nicely balanced and clean wine, with savory elements, good structure and supporting fruit. — 7 months ago
Barbera d’Asti achieved DOCG status in 2008. Warm vibrant Ruby color with a bouquet of berry fruit aromas and sweet perfumed herb spice. On the palate flavors of plum, cherry and blackberry with pepper and herbs, good structure, balanced with savory acidity and soft tannins. Medium+ finish ending with juicy fruit. Exceptional! Great Value! — 8 months ago
Medium bodied, acidic, herbal and slightly sweet, definitely went well with seafood carpaccio. — a year ago

This is an excellent CC. It has all you could want from an entry level wine. Beautifully balanced, with lovely dark cherry fruit, supporting tannins and the classic Sangiovese bite on the finish. — 2 months ago
