Had the 2021 in November of 2025. Fantastic wine. Black cherry on the nose for sure. Hints of plum and very dry. Paired extremely well with Greek style baked beans and Greek meatballs in a rich tomato sauce. The hint of cinnamon in both dishes made this wine stand out. Hope to have again. — 7 months ago
Earthy with cherry and light raspberry. Light carbonic phenols that open up as it sits in the glass. Nice — 4 years ago
Buttery, high acidity, pungent and flavorful. Pairs nicely with seafood. — 5 years ago

Выпито вторым вином в этот же вечер. Очень мощное (14%) 100% ассиртико 2022 года с острова Санторини запомнится надолго. 💥 — 9 months ago

This was interesting... Imagine swishing rusted nails in blackberry juice and taking a healthy sniff and sip. I hope you’re up to date on your Tetanus shot, because this bag of metal will punch you in the throat…in a good way. Pair with something lightly flavored. — 4 years ago

Når det kommer til champagne, er jeg åbenbart meget basic. 🤷♂️ — 3 months ago
Always the woodiest as this is usually 100% new wood but it’s so well integrated at this stage and yes this aged so well. Had a 98 in summer 23 that was stunning. Nose has cocoa, vanilla, wild red cherry, spice and minerals. Needs to integrate but it’s all there. Gorgeous aromatic depth. Palate is woody and so silky with gorgeous, decadent red cherry fruit and terrific freshness. So pure and yet another brilliant William wine from 2023. So velvety and the tannins are so suave. Brilliant! Can’t wait to see how it airs. — 7 months ago

Nose is stunning, baby Chassagne 1er Cru all the way: green apple skin, green apple flesh, white flowers, lime zest, lime flesh, and that clean Burgundian mineral snap. Palate is unreal: concentrated, savory, juicy, nimble, elegant, pure, bright, and mouthwatering. A little savory pull on the finish, with terrific length and energy. This is Chassagne Premier Cru quality, and I will die on that hill. After a few hours the finesse is off the charts. Stunning wine. 9.5 to 9.6. — 2 months ago
