Vintage 2009 | This is a Pomerol with a certain strictness. We tasted it blind next to a left bank wine but the tasters did not recognize this as a right bank wine. It seems to be made for the long haul, with clear tannines even after 15 years. Good integrated wood with a light vanilla impression. — 6 months ago

Kept getting better throughout the evening. Amazing from start to finish. — 5 months ago
Fantastic. Little evidence of oak, medium-plus acidity, lovely notes of flowers, minerals, green apple and citrus. Great length. — 2 years ago
Balanced wine. Bought at Enoteca for ¥7,800. — 5 months ago
Hot tub-! Meaning, Macon in the hot tub. Which also means that any wine tasted in hot tub conditions deserves better, & at least some recognition the hot tub distorts. Still, a lithe, Meyer lemon & mineral palate. Helps actually to be in, yes, the hot tub to loosen up the dimensionality. Would go back to this. — 8 months ago

Very deep nearly opaque red. Intense color and saturation. Some bell pepper, white pepper, and dried rosemary on the nose. Delicious blue fruits on the palate, mainly blackberry. Quite hot with the ALC-- Medium+. Medium acidity. Medium+ bodied. Definitely a wine for beef. Tannins are medium but there is a bitterness on the finish--which continues to deliver massive fruit. It's very good wine, that will be great in several years
