Interesting wine. Light golden, a bit fleshy, but restrained salty/austere at the same time. A bit wooly/waxy. A bit oxidative? Zero chance you’d guess this an Albariño/Godello blend from the Sierra foothills. My mind actually went to Rhône. // edit: this improved significantly on day two. Could definitely taste the Albariño — 23 days ago

Enjoyed this. A very good example of Tempranillo in Cali. Tastes of American oak, a nod to its spanish heritage and works with its subsequent sweet baking spices uplifting soft red fruit. — 3 months ago
