Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — 8 months ago

2017. Almost wente clone CA like but with way more minerality. Beautifully expressive with time. Opens up huge but Shows more restraint as the night goes on. It somehow gets more focused over time. Very nice indeed — 6 years ago
