Pale cranberry color, like fresh squeezed red fruit juice, with a tart, funky nose, with notes of strawberry rhubarb and weed stalks, maybe even some cucumber. The flavor is prominent with ripe red berries, gentle effervescence, and an equally vegetal palate, almost like someone crushed up the fruit but left the rind. Very tasty! — 3 years ago

Beautiful Xarel-lo! Slight skin contact? Beautiful golden, honey color.
Nose of honey, orange blossom, melon, pineapple, pear, yellow apple, toasted nuts, dried apricot, slight herbaceousness, smoke.
On the palate, dry, nutty, honey, slight oxidative style, orchard fruits like pear and apple, lemon, med+ acid, salty/rocky/minerally finish.

Nuria is my style Pet Nat - crisp, clean, direct. This bottling I’ve loved but it may have lost some life since I first tried earlier this year.

Pours nicely but now deflates quick and finishes lean.
