I admit I’m sometimes a skeptic of clever labels, and seeing as I bought it a terrifically hip natty and natty-adjacent wine store I confess I went into this with a bad attitude but day-ummmm this is a thirst-quenching gulp of Savoie fare.
Lemon-y, light, seashells and daffodils it is springtime in a bottle which is astounding considering the guy skiing down the piste but I need to look up what the French says as I’m so many years past AP French lit I barely know how to say merde this is brilliant. You know what? It has this tickle though. Like it’s teasing at effervescence but it’s such a super-étoile it doesn’t need to sparkle to shine. — 15 hours ago
Muted on day 1. Cool bruised apple oxidation on day 2. — a day ago
Hay, yellow apple, hazelnuts and iron, a very interesting and oxidative nose. Medium bodied and not nearly the acidity levels of a Champagne, for example. But it works just fine. Hard attack from the mousse in the mouth. Three years on the lees, about five years of bottle age since disgorgement. For about 33€, this is amazing, would definitely buy again. — 13 days ago
Very nice.. Apple, with hints of honey and pear.. — 25 days ago
Jäkligt trevlig syra som inte drar för mycket åt galna håll, den är närmast perfekt in the middle of the road. Liten eftertouch av söt frukt i slutet piffar till upplevelsen. Pompette, småpartierna. — 7 days ago
