Vintage 2021 | see earlier note | 6 months barrel aging and this was to be seen in a gold colour that makes you think the wine is older when tasted blind | vines between 50 and 70 years old | fine smell with vanilla, ananas, mango and melon. Decanted for about 2-3 hours before serving. Incredible nose and flavor profile. Very gamey. Lots of stewed fruit. Little medicinal. But came through and paired exceedingly well with lamb kebabs.

Had a little funk as it aired out but really sang at hour 4-5. Good grip. Will be excited to open the next one — a month ago
