Still lovely after all these years. — 15 days ago
Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Fruity nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing blackberries, cooked cherries, raisins, cedar, dried fruits, vanilla, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices and light earth.
Long finish with soft tannins and cherries.
This 10 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich, elegant and fruit forward.
Drinking at its peak now. Nicely balanced and smooth, with a soft mouthfeel.
Delicious right out of the bottle, and even better after 30 minutes of airtime. I did not decant it, but let it open up in the bottle. Really enjoyed the nose after an hour of airtime.
Easy drinking, and good by itself as a sipping wine, or with a nice piece of steak.
A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
14.7% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Verdict
A polished, terroir-driven white that balances energy and refinement effortlessly. Serious freshness without aggression, a textbook modern Pessac Blanc showing both drinkability and aging promise.
🍷 Personal Pick
This is my kind of white Bordeaux, fully alive on the palate, laser-focused acidity without fatigue, and quietly layered. — 5 days ago
So underrated and punching way above its weight class. Bit more delicate and pure than your high end Boudreaux. Perfect for seaside dinners. Great vintage too. — a month ago
2020. Slightly sweet initial taste. Good. — 21 days ago
Brilliant and complex wine. Personally i couldnt find any hint of sauvignon blanc on the nose and it reminds me more of a chardonnay. Great use of wood and acidity. Will improve in the coming years. Highly recommmend! Served with roasted cauliflower soup — 2 days ago
