Belle robe rubis pâle typiquement jeune pinot. Un nez de fraise, cerise, épice de Noël, gingembre, cannelle. Une bouche soyeuse, piquante, épicée sur des petites fraises des champs. Délicieux ! — 4 months ago

Delicious and very Saint-Joseph! Fragrant nose is redolent of crushed granite, savory notes that verge into iodine, and bloody dark little mountain berries. Lean and chiseled in the mouth, with clingy savory flavors and nice acidity. There’s a fair amount of tannin but it’s medium soft and well integrated. Great value, as always with this producer. — 3 months ago
Deep purple, almost Inky in color, with a short purple rim.
Strong nose of black and blue fruits with light wood, spices, coffee, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, tobacco leaf, oak, bitter herbs, vegetables, spices and black pepper.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a tasty Syrah from Northern Rhone. Dark and rich. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and still young. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Gets earthier with a touch of bitterness, as it opens up.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food.
A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

The favorite wine from my tasting with Matt and Paul. Stunning. layered, complex and evolved through the night. Unfortunately, the only bottle I had. Labet is getting nearly impossible to source. Excellent pair with crab mac and cheese. — 6 months ago

Feel like I skip over this entry level Fevre Chablis but this is up in the cut. — a month ago
