Very pleasant basic CdR. Good fruit, nice weight, peppery and spicy notes, some residual sugar, but overall nicely balanced. Great cheese/after dinner red.

Medium to dark garnet, nose of some burnt vanilla, dark red fruits. Medium body, clear fruit up front, red & dark plum, black cherry, some oak, light tannins, low acidity. Really nice!

Feb 26th, 2021Medium bouquet, dark berry and some earthiness. On the lighter side in the mouth, very smooth, low acidity and and low tannins. Red plum and blackberry. Pretty good red for lots of diff foods.
