Great,mineral-driven wine. Citrus zest on the nose. Focused and with great tension on the palate. Paul Pillot makes fantastic white Burgundy. A pleasure to enjoy at home with striped bass, clams and chorizo. — a month ago
Delicious berry with faintest hint of sweetness, but still gently robust. — 5 months ago
Lovely aromas of smoke, candle wax, marshmallow, garrigue and peach. Medium acidity with a medium-bodied waxy texture. Refreshing — a year ago
Maybe the bottle had been opened for the just the perfect amount of time, but this was one of my favorite glasses of wine by the glass I’ve had in a restaurant—I had them bring the bottle back for a picture. Cassis, oak, pepper, licorice combined perfectly to create a flavor that I can only describe as exactly my preferred taste in wine. Excited to try more Haut Medoc blends in the future! — 3 months ago
Deep ruby medium opacity, wonderfully balanced minerality, bright red fruits, lovely burgundy! — 9 months ago

The nose opens with waves of ripe black cherry, cassis, plum liqueur, and dark chocolate Beneath the opulence lies impressive complexity with hints of espresso, violets, and peppery spice emerge gradually with air. The palate is dense and supple, showing warmth and generosity. Plenty of nuance beneath the lavish fruit.
Possibly the best value for a St-Emilion GCC. Will need to seek out more. — 8 days ago
