For the price, wonderful Bordeaux! Big, dark fruits - a Sonoma Cab style, but instead beautiful authentic French grape juice! — 10 months ago
Delightful. Fruity with plums and black cherries. Light with long smooth finish — 6 years ago
Clearly aged, but still had some fruit and exotic notes of a wonderful wine — 7 years ago
Currant and berry flavors anchor by oak and very slight vanilla. A little tight but opened well. — 4 years ago
This dessert wine’s nose is laced with overripe apricots trod upon after a rain. It's sweet, but it's earthy, and just a hint of smoke comes out of nowhere. The palate gives the same mixed message. “Is this love, baby, or is it just confusion?” The acidity is good - not too soft, not too racy. The finish reminds me of that childhood fruit tree in the neighbors’ yard, with just a little bit of raisin. — 6 years ago
Paris, very buttery, blackberry, clove, vanilla, black currant, late cherry, high tannins, high alcohol long legs. Deep ruby, seems complex — 6 months ago
This was served blind next to the Laville HB Blanc. Started out rather austere & linear with a flinty, steely, mineral, grassy character but with time blossomed out gaining weight with some tropical fruits, grapefruit, honeysuckle & floral notes with laser like acidity. — 6 years ago

Delicious, if fairly primary at this early stage. Gorgeous honeyed fruit and nice balance. — a month ago
