Vivid spring blossom, yellow apple, cedar, ripe pear and lemon flesh present the 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. Medium- to full-bodied and kept in check by bright acidity, the 2022 is a sapid and expressive white Châteauneuf that can be enjoyed over the next four years. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, June 2024)

The description: Perfectly representative of this stunning terroir, this Tavel 2022 is an iron hand in a velvet glove! Indeed, the palate is characterized by the intensity of the fruit, with nice citrus notes and very fine tannins. The finish is long and creamy. The opinion: Accurate and a little sweeter than you typical French rose! But definitely buy again. — a year ago

Good! This is a big one - leather and heft but not smoky per se. Ink and plum. Great with steak. — 8 months ago

This is 100% Grenache, not a blend. — 4 months ago
Really solid & over-delivers for $18. Love their CdP so tried this: immediately unfurled red & blue fruit compote mingled w/Garrigue, white pepper, licorice, menthol & earth. Lovely nose followed by generous palate, smooth & silky, balanced, gentle tannins yet structured. — 7 months ago

Medium ruby. Pronounced aromas of black and red cherry, black plum, blackberry, raspberry, vanilla spice, earth, leather, and smoke. Juicy dark fruits on the palate, accompanied by mint and licorice. Dry and full-bodied, with velvety tannins, medium acidity, and a soft, balanced texture. Despite its high alcohol, the wine feels harmonious and refined. The finish is long and elegant. A polished and sophisticated expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, emphasizing nuance and finesse. Best with 30 minutes of decanting. Ready to drink now but will only improve with age.
