Brut but rich with pear and apple. One of my favorite cavas in recent years. Purchased at Matsuya in Tokyo. — 5 years ago
If you think there's a better wine for a warm summer day, please tell me immediately. This is how I like whites - decent, dry apple/citrus fruitiness with a crisp finish and a little zest hanging around to keep you interested. Oh, and this thing has a little bubbles to it! Maybe half as much as your average prosecco (or even less) but definitely a little carbonation for a little extra texture. Wish I had discovered this earlier! Drank while finishing up some late work on a Friday and before going out for the night, but this would work equally as well at 2:30pm hanging out under an umbrella near a pool.
Do yourself a favor and Google/Wikipedia the origination of this wine, if they can ever increase production it's going to displace the generic proseccos and cavas of the U.S. market. — 7 years ago
Aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, green bell pepper, mint, dried leaves, and top soil. Really nice.
Nice dark fruit of currant and ripe blackberries with some herbaceous mint, earth, and pepper notes. Medium acidity and tannins. Good length.
Excellent wine and value. Love the classic Chilean green notes. Yum. — 5 years ago
I adore Cavas and this one does not disappoint. Wonderful taste packed in a $10 bottle of wine, fresh, dry, tiny bubbles, gorgeous raspberry pink color, a true crowd-pleaser — 7 years ago
Från Telmo Rodriguez omplanterade vingård i Valdeorras. Galicisk field blend med mencía som huvudroll. Levande vin i lätt rustik stil. Många smaklager av mörka bär, vilda rosor, örter och lite grön paprika. Fin utveckling i glaset. — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit, spices and floral notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and cherry with cedar, cacao and espresso notes. Fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, spice, oak and herb mineral character. — a month ago
