I'm glad to share that the new shrine to Bacchus in town has managed to render the New Zealand piece "Sound of White" true to its source material. Truly refreshing in the midst of widespread blasphemy commited by countless so-called shrines in Malaysia, all due to their blatant disregard for the importance of temperature in keeping a piece pristine. Ah, the sweet chord of red pinot fruit, the decay centred around earthy notes, and of course the sharp element that sets the piece in place. I'm happy, despite the rather loud, discordant note of French oak that rang through the piece. Nevertheless, it does not deviate from the composer's intent, which was what mattered most to me on this occasion. — 3 years ago

Very nice with good steak and chips. Fruity cherries on nose. Very nice earthy complex taste. — 10 months ago

Explosively lively, and so delicious. Tends towards being a bit too sour for some foods, so I’d say it is best drunk alone or with well-paired snacks. — a month ago
