Clear, deep garnet colour. Clean, pronounced black fruits on the nose. Dry, high acidity, high tannins, with ripe black cherry flavours. Very fruity. Probably a bit young. Full-bodied with a long finish. Good quality.

Great accompaniment to the beautifully cooked, glazed fillet.

Clear, pale lemon colour. Clean, pronounced floral bouquet. Dry, with high acidity and medium bodied. Intense flavours of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. Long finish with significant minerality. A very good wine that would no doubt be better after a few years.
